Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds on candles or home fragrance items once they have been shipped.
However, we do offer replacement candles in certain situations, including:

Performance issues (such as weak scent throw, tunneling, or burn quality)

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Incorrect items sent
Candles are considered personal-use items, and for safety and quality reasons, returned products are not required to be sent back.
All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and customers are responsible for shipping.
